All you have to say is that you’re looking for a certain type of vacation in a certain star hotel, with good weather, and they’ll find you something. You can still book online to save the online fee that they might try and charge. You also need to plan your clothes well in advance, because you don’t want to over buy. Lie everything out on your floor, and get a new item month by month, or week by week.
