 Serious Stressers

Some of you are going to be real serious stressers about the whole travelling process, so we want to try and help you first and foremost. For some of you, it’s the fear of flying that’s holding you back, or the rush of the airport. One thing we’re going to recommend, is trying relaxation techniques from home. Incense is really good for relaxing your mood, as well as the atmosphere, and coupled with some relaxation tutorials, can really help ease your mind. If you’re worried about the whole flying process, then you need to know that it’s one of the safest methods of public transport at the minute. Last year was the safest in aviation history, and it’s set to get better as the years go one. Millions of dollars goes into the safety of planes, and you’ve got a 1 in 7,000,000 chance of being in a plane crash, and that’s not one that’s fatal either! So try and sit back, relax, and ignore the serious stress that you’re feeling over minor issues.

Helpful Planning Tips

Some people find the whole planning process hard, right from the beginning. Choosing what holiday to actually book is so annoying, because both you, and the person you’re going with, will most likely be picky about the locations and the hotels. So, rather than stressing over your laptop all day, go and speak to your local travel agents. All you have to say is that you’re looking for a certain type of vacation in a certain star hotel, with good weather, and they’ll find you something. You can still book online to save the online fee that they might try and charge. You also need to plan your clothes well in advance, because you don’t want to over buy. Lie everything out on your floor, and get a new item month by month, or week by week.

Share The Load

If you’re going with your partner, we guarantee that they will have left most of the things down to you. This is the main reason why people feel the stress so much, it’s because they’re carrying the full load of the planning process. Dish out jobs for you both to do, that way you’ll feel half the stress that you usually feel. You can always have a quick check over what they did to make sure that they did it as you would!
