The Little Body Issues We Hate The Most
Oh, don’t us girls know we have them! Issues with our bodies are all we can think about at times. When you wake up in the morning and look in the mirror, it’s all you can see. When you’re sitting at work, it’ll creep into your mind as if you had nothing better to think about. It is just how us girls are raised, and it’s hard to get out of that mentality once you’re in it. But, as we’re sure you’ve heard people tell you before, you’re perfect. The little issues that you notice with your body, are issues that nobody else in the wider public is noticing. But, we know as well as anyone that us saying that isn’t going to change your mindset. So, we’ve come up with a few of the most common body issues that us women have, and how you can deal with them ASAP!
As soon as you hit puberty, you’re either going to be blessed with a minimal amount of problems, or you’re going to be hit hard in the face with them. With puberty comes problems with the skin, and it is so hard to get rid of them once they’ve begun. Most women struggle with spots well into their twenties, and sometimes even thirties. A good cleansing routine, clean diet, and the right products should help you with spot problems. But, another common issue women hate are skin tags. A lot of us have them, and a lot of us spend our time trying to hide them. Removing skin tags, however, is easy, all you need to do is get yourself the right equipment, make sure you’re following all of the instructions down to a T, and they’ll be gone. Something so simple as a skin tag can make a woman so insecure, without her realizing they’re so easy to cure!
We all want that pearly white smile, don’t we? We all want perfectly straight teeth so we can smile with confidence all of the time. But the truth is, you have to be really lucky or be really rich and able to afford veneers. It’s the harsh truth, but most of us have some form of problem with our teeth. If it is that your teeth are stained through smoking or coffee drinking, then get yourself to the dentist for a teeth whitening treatment. Most dentists do it, and it’s so easy to transform your teeth through it. If you need them straightening, you can get Invisalign braces, so nobody will know you’re having anything done at all!
If you’re going through a time at the minute where you’re not happy with your weight, then only you can do something about it. If you hate it that much, use that hate and turn it into motivation to change your body. Follow a strict diet for a couple of months, and get yourself into an exercise routine that you can enjoy! It’ll be so much easier to stick to if you actually enjoy what you’re doing! I found that I enjoy workouts like yoga, roller skating, and bicycling on the beach.
