7. Sleeping In Dirty Sheets
While sleep is incredibly important, sleeping in dirty sheets is a huge mistake. This is because they trap things like dead skin and excess oils, as well as dust mites, all of which can block your pores, causing major issues for acne-prone individuals. For this reason, you should make sure that you change your sheets at least once a week. If you can’t do this or don’t want to, then at least make sure that you switch your pillowcases.
